The information collected on our forms is recorded in a computerised file by Sensorys in order to respond to your request for information. By sending the form, you consent to us collecting and processing your personal data for the specific purpose of your request for information and the commercial relationship that may result from it.
The legal basis for processing is consent, which must be obtained freely, clearly and unequivocally in accordance with the applicable conditions set out in Articles 4 and 7 of the RGPD.
The data processed is identification data: first names, surnames and business contact details. This data is collected directly from you via the contact form on our website.
Your data is processed by the person in charge of commercial management, an authorised member of Sensorys staff.
Your personal data will be kept for as long as is necessary to process your request for information. It will be kept for 24 months from the last contact, then anonymised and kept for historical and statistical purposes for a period of 36 months, unless there are specific legal constraints.
You may access your personal data, rectify it, request that it be deleted or exercise your right to limit the processing of your data. You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time. You may also object to the processing of your data and exercise your right to the portability of your data.
